We have a number of ways for you to recruit. In addition, we welcome your efforts to build your presence on campus. You are invited to visit campus and host corporate presentations or speak at career management workshops and at student club events. You are invited to volunteer as a professional mentor to students. We also encourage organizations to regularly submit current corporate literature or annual reports to our office. How to Meet and Hire Our Students The Shevet Glaubach Center for Career Strategy and Professional Development provides recruiters with "one-stop shopping" to help meet the company's college relations and recruiting needs by linking with the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» talent pool. Employers may post full-time, part-time or internship positions by submitting a position directly onto our website through our system. If you have questions, our staff will work with you on posting a position according to your specifications. Remember, if you have an existing account with any NACELink participating school, your login and password are the same. Most information sessions range from one to two hours long and consist of a company presentation where employees explain the values and mission of your company, recent projects, company culture and the hiring process; followed by a Q&A and an opportunity for students to network with recruiters or Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» alumni working at the company. These events are an excellent way for employers to build their recruiting efforts on-campus. The connections made at events offer a unique opportunity for career discovery and allow employers the opportunity to spark new connections and revive relationships made at previous events. The SGC will be runs several industry clustered networking events each year where like minded students, alumni, and employers can meet one another and exchange contact information for either current or possible future opportunities Company Site Visits Learn about site visits Company Site Visits Industry site visits are one of the most important pieces to a career strategy for a Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» student. The opportunity for students to connect with professionals in a work environment is second to none. Consider inviting a small group of students to your place of business to provide a company overview, a tour, and an opportunity for students to ask alumni and recruiters alike what it is really like at your place of work. A typical visit lasts about two hours and the SGC can arrange the marketing and RSVP for your unique event.
