The Yeshiva community provides a number of resources for reporting persons to discuss an incident with whom confidence is inherent. Many off-campus resources may also keep information confidential. Even University offices and employees who cannot guarantee confidentiality will maintain your privacy to the greatest extent possible. The information you provide to a nonconfidential resource will be relayed only as necessary for the Title IX Coordinator to investigate and/or seek a resolution. Information shared at public awareness and advocacy events, such as candlelight vigils, protests, or other public events, does not trigger an obligation for the University to respond, and information shared at those events may remain confidential and used only to inform future education and prevention efforts. Confidential and Anonymous Reporting Yeshiva provides online reporting forms to allow for anonymous and confidential reports. While the University will make every effort to respond, however, anonymous reporters should be aware that reporting anonymously may affect the University’s ability to investigate and respond effectively. The form may be completed without providing personally identifying information: A person may also report using the University’s Confidential Compliance Hotline. Confidential Compliance Hotline (866) 447-5052 . On-campus Confidential Options The Counseling Center at Yeshiva is a confidential option. The content of sessions is not discussed with anyone, and Counseling Center records do not become part of a student’s university record.
